Handcrafted Culinaris Dumpling Press – for preparing authentic Thuringian dumplings – Made in Germany. The grated potato mixture is placed into the pressing bag and firmly squeezed out using the press. This forms the perfect base for traditional Thuringian dumplings!

The body is made of 18/10 stainless steel, the spindle is cast metal, and the plunger is made of three layers of laminated wood – a true rarity! It can also be used as a direct juice press. We recommend using the Original Thuringian Dumpling Potato Masher to mash or crush the potatoes. The large version is also suitable as a cider or fruit press.

Original Thuringian Potato Masher – An essential handcrafted tool made of stainless steel for preparing authentic Thuringian dumplings. This sturdy masher has a handle length of approx. 35 cm and is also suitable for mashed potatoes, starch dumplings, and firm doughs such as yeast dough. Thanks to the smaller inner and larger outer holes, all ingredients can be mashed quickly and evenly without lumps.
