Thanks to the Marcato ravioli tablet and the supplied rolling pin, the preparation of ravioli is simple and fast.
When the rolling pin rolls over the fresh egg dough sheet, the ravioli is perfectly sealed. In this way, the filling does not swell out during cooking.
