Madras, the chic combination of stained beech wood and stainless steel, contains a last-generation innovation: the elimination of the central axis. USelect is a patented system for adjusting the grinding degree. It enables precise adjustment of the desired grain size.
The pepper grinder, consisting of two rows of spiral teeth, guides and holds the peppercorns for perfect grinding. The steel of the pepper mill's grinder is treated against corrosion. This maintains its cutting ability and guarantees long durability. Ideally, peppercorns with a maximum diameter of 5 mm should be used.
The salt grinder was designed for grinding coarse, dry sea salt. Because it is made of stainless steel, it is not affected by salt corrosion. Ideally, the salt grains should be dry and not exceed 4 mm in diameter.
