u'Select is a patented system for adjusting the grind setting. It allows for precise control over the desired coarseness.
The salt grinding mechanism is designed for grinding coarse, dry sea salt. Made from stainless steel, it is resistant to salt-induced corrosion. Ideally, the salt grains should be dry and not exceed 4 mm in diameter.
