The round, turned beechwood serving board is the ideal trivet for Riess's 20 and 24 cm hot Schlemmerpfannen (sauté pans). Thanks to the two circular grooves in the board, it remains stable and non-slip, regardless of whether you use the iron or enamel version of the Schlemmerpfannen (sauté pan).
The serving board perfectly complements the Schlemmerpfannen (sauté pans) and is ideal for stylishly presenting dishes such as omelets, fried eggs, and other delicacies and keeping them warm. After use, the serving board should simply be rinsed and occasionally oiled to maintain the wood's quality.
