It's that easy: use a spatula to spread the dough into the gingerbread pan. Press the wafer lightly. Turn the top of the gingerbread bell and let the gingerbread fall onto the baking sheet. The gingerbread bell is designed so that the gingerbread covers the entire wafer after baking.
