Stelton - Brus water sparkler - dark brown metallic
With the Brus water spender, you save the environment large amounts of unnecessary plastic by making your own soda water or lemonade in reusable bottles. The design of this water bubbler is so elegant that it also looks good visibly on the kitchen counter. Its designer, Søren Refsgaard, is known for his clean, functional designs that leave out anything superfluous. Brus is a particularly good example of this. The design picks up on the cylindrical shapes that are classic to Stelton's designs. The cylindrical shape is primarily seen in the ultra-flat container for the carbonic acid cartridge and is found again in the carbonic acid knob. This is intuitively turned clockwise to adjust the amount of carbon dioxide, and counterclockwise when the bottle is to be separated from the device. Søren Refsgaard In 2003, Søren Refsgaard received his degree from the "Design Seminariet" in Højer, Denmark. In the same year he opened his own studio in Copenhagen. His work, strongly influenced by the Danish design tradition, focuses on lighting, furniture and accessories for domestic use. Søren Refsgaard's formal language is simple and often characterized by surprising humor.
