The Züri fondue set from Swissmar has a ceramic insert that works like a double boiler. You can use it to prepare 3 different types of fondue - meat, cheese and chocolate. For a meat fondue, simply remove the white ceramic bowl, insert the splash guard and you are ready to prepare a meat fondue! For cheese and chocolate fondue, pour water into the fondue pot, insert the white ceramic bowl and you're ready to go!
