The triangle Julienne cutter set cuts vegetables into even, fine julienne (3x3mm, “spaghetti”), slightly wider julienne (3x6mm, “tagliatelle”) or 3mm thick slices. The three different blade inserts are easy to exchange. Suitable for vegetables up to 45mm wide.
The blades are sharpened, hardened and made of special stainless steel. With blade protection for safe storage. The "Spirit" handle is a little thicker and therefore lies perfectly in the hand and does not fatigue. Developed for everyday use, for ambitious amateur cooks and professionals.
