The ZASSENHAUS PURE Bread Slicer combines proven functionality with a modern design. With just a few turns of the crank, it slices fresh bread precisely and evenly - without the need for electricity. The high-quality circular blade made from stainless blade steel "Made in Solingen" with a special serrated edge ensures clean and consistent cutting results. The continuously adjustable slice thickness from 1 to 20 mm can be conveniently set using the control dial and read from the integrated scale. Four suction feet and a table clamp provide secure stability on the work surface, while the smooth-running crank ensures comfortable operation.
