Good design is simply at the heart of everything they do.
FireBox garden wood burner
By having a dedicated place in the garden around which to gather in front of a fire, you can start the outdoor season earlier than usual and extend it well into the autumn. There is nothing like an open fire for creating a sense of togetherness and hygge. With its simple and stylish design, the FireBox garden wood burner doesn’t take up much space and is an attractive feature in most outdoor spaces. Moreover, it incorporates a firewood holder, ensuring you always have fuel to hand. The built-in chimney directs the smoke out at the back of the wood burner, so you will not be irritated by unwelcome fumes. The wood burner can be left outdoors all year round. About Eva Solo - fourth generation family business
Eva Solo A/S was founded over 100 years ago and is still family-owned. Now in its fourth generation, the company is run by Jan Engelbrecht, whose maternal grandfather (one of the three previous directors) named his company back then after his daughter Eva, Jan Engelbrecht's mother.
Their distinctive design was in many ways synonymous with the development of the modern home. In the beginning, high-quality functional kitchen gadgets for the housewife characterised their programme - a good example is their bread and slicing machine from 1952. When the housewife became the working modern woman, Eva Solo developed utensils that made kitchen work easier. In the 1970s, when open kitchens were introduced, Eva Solo was the first to produce kitchen utensils that were so beautiful that they could also be displayed.
uset born.
In 1949, Eva Solo brought a shaker onto the market whose lid could also be used as a citrus juicer. Due to this novel double function, this product became a great success. The product was advertised with the words "Yes, but ...". Yes! This is a shaker ... But it is also a lemon squeezer!
The words "Yes, but ..." became a metaphor for innovative design, and even today Eva Solo strives to subordinate all its products to this "formula". Therefore, all products are always characterised by high quality, durability and functionality.
Eva Solo does not make design for design's sake and clearly distinguishes itself from others here. Eva Solo wants to improve the modern home and make everyday life easier for consumers.
