The Eva proofing basket 2.2 l has practical grooves on the matt inside of the bowl in which the flour can lie and which stabilise the dough when it rises on the sides and absorbs air when rising. The plastic basket is even dishwasher safe, making it a very hygienic product. The size of the basket is suitable for both smaller and larger portions and the large opening makes it easy to cover during the proofing process.
