The induction-compatible braising pan from KELOMAT’s Keramika Red series combines the benefits of cast-iron cookware with the lightness of aluminum. It is perfect for dishes that require longer simmering times on the stovetop and performs equally well in the oven. Thanks to its high-quality construction from special cast aluminum, it is significantly lighter than traditional cast cookware. The exterior features a red, non-porous, specialized hard coating that ensures the pan retains its attractive appearance even after extensive use. The interior is finished with a ceramic non-stick coating. The cast aluminum lid seals the pan perfectly. With the silicone handle protector, the braising pan can be easily lifted even when hot, without the risk of burns.

The pan excels in energy efficiency and heat retention. Thanks to its excellent thermal conductivity, searing times are short, saving energy. The silicone handle protector is heat-resistant up to 220°C. The ceramic non-stick coating is heat-resistant up to 400°C*. Depending on the cooking fat or oil used, the recommended operating temperature is a maximum of 220°C to preserve nutrients and flavors and prevent the fat from burning.
