Making fresh ciabattas and breadsticks yourself has never been so easy. The anti-adhesive effect of the high-quality silicone prevents the ciabatta from sticking to the mold and the perforation allows moisture to escape easily, so crispy and crunchy surfaces succeed, just like from the bakery. The design of the silicone mat gives the ciabatta its classic shape thanks to the slight curvature and provides optimal heat distribution. The mold is very elastic thanks to the high-quality premium platinum silicone, making it much easier to store than baking trays made of metal. Furthermore, it is freezer and dishwasher safe and can be heated in the oven up to 240 degrees.
