The VITESSE pressure cooker from Spring is versatile in use and enables short cooking times with full flavor. It is suitable for a modern, healthy diet and is compatible with all types of cooktops. Thanks to high pressure and intense steam generation, meals are ready quickly while vitamins, nutrients and vital substances are preserved. Tender vegetables, fish, poultry or hearty soups can be prepared just as easily as frozen foods, which can be gently thawed while preserving flavor and nutrients. Two cooking levels allow efficient and convenient cooking.

The pressure cooker features an extra strong multi layer base for optimal heat distribution and heat transfer. A practical internal scale as well as a one hand locking system support comfortable handling. The scope of delivery includes a steaming insert and a rack. For safety reasons, the lid should always be closed using both hands.

For safe use, the pressure cooker is equipped with a two stage safety system. A locking system with control markings, an inspection window and a safety valve provide additional safety. Ergonomic, heat insulating handles ensure safe handling during cooking.

Other lids cannot be used. Pasta can be cooked in the pressure cooker without a lid or with the pressure lid placed on top but not locked. Cooking pasta under pressure is not recommended, as it foams heavily and may block the valve.
