Städter's high-yield edible colours in powder form are suitable for dusting and painting dry surfaces such as marzipan, roll and decorative fondant, isomalt and white chocolate.
You can use the food colour powder dry for powdering - or liquid, mixed with some alcohol, for painting ornaments and decorations. Use a fine brush and apply the paint to a dry surface.
