To roll fondant / modeling clay to the optimal thickness of either 1.5mm or 3mm you can use the enclosed rings. Simply place the guide rings on the roll-out bar. This makes the production of flowers, ruffles and other filigree decorations easy.
These tools are made of high quality, food safe, stable plastic and professional quality. We recommend rinsing it under running warm water immediately after use, but of course the roll bar can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Tip: The use of STÄDTER baker starch is recommended for all work with the roll-out bar. Dust roller, underlay and modeling clay with bakery starch, so it is easier to work and nothing depends.
