With its spring-loaded stainless steel wire, “Quirlix” continues to whisk away merrily long after all other whisks and frothers have given up the ghost. The power-free hand-operated device causes the wire whisk tip to rotate 20 times with each up and down movement of the spiral. “Quirlix” reaches right to the bottom of your glass, jug, or pot and can froth milk, degas sparkling wine, mix dressings and sauces, whisk eggs, mix cocoa/chai latte/matcha/yogi tea/iced tea/iced coffee, and mix cocktails/long drinks and smoothies.
