The ZWILLING Madura Plus braising pan 28 cm opens up a new dimension of gentle frying and braising. Made in Italy and equipped with the innovative CERAFORCE TITANIUM ceramic coating, it combines exceptional durability with outstanding non-stick properties. The extra-high rim makes the pan ideal for larger portions, braised dishes and stuffed recipes.
The titanium-reinforced ceramic coating is manufactured without PFAS and is up to five times more durable than previous ZWILLING ceramic coatings*. The solid aluminum body ensures fast and even heat distribution right up to the rim, while the ergonomic Stay-Cool handle remains pleasantly cool even during cooking. This makes fish, vegetables and many other dishes particularly suitable for low-fat and gentle preparation.
A practical pouring rim allows drip-free pouring of liquids and sauces. The braising pan is suitable for all types of cookers including induction and can also be used in the oven up to 150 °C. Made in Italy, it stands for high-quality materials, modern technology and excellent cooking results.
