The heat-resistant glass bowls are ideal for preparing, baking, serving, and storing - perfect for meal prep, oven dishes, salads, or leftovers. With the matching vacuum lids, you can vacuum-seal your food in just seconds, keeping it fresh up to five times longer. The airtight lids close securely, are easy to stack, and are also compatible with STAUB CERAMIQUE bowls.
For maximum versatility, the set also includes reusable vacuum bags, ideal for freezing, marinating, or sous-vide cooking. With their built-in marinade function and practical zip closure, they are especially convenient to use. The powerful electric vacuum pump is USB rechargeable and compatible with all Fresh & Save containers and bags. This creates a versatile freshness system that makes your kitchen smarter, more hygienic, and more sustainable. ZWILLING also offers an optional accessory set (1032856) that further expands the functions of the bowls - from a splash guard for mixing to grating inserts for slicing, zesting, or shredding.
