Fluted moulds made of coated iron, specially designed for making Canelés, Bordeaux's famous cakes. Undeformable and fully watertight mould.
Excellent cooking results thanks to iron: the moulds reach high temperatures, enabling the juices to caramelise. Even diffusion of heat and uniform cooking. Grease the mould before use.
- Ø 5,5 cm x H 5,5 cm
- Material: Steel
- PFOA-free PTFE guaranteed coating for easier mould release, steel protection against oxidation and easy cleaning
- Traditional oven cooking (max. 220°C)
- Not suitable for the microwave oven.
- Do not use metal or sharp objects in the mould.
- Normal hand-washing (non-abrasive sponge).
- Not dishwasher-safe.
