- Use T°: -55°C to +280°C. (-67°F to +536°F)
- Ventilated fabric for an homogeneous cooking and crispy dough bottoms.
- Silicone-coated fiberglass fabric: the dough will not stick to the support.
- The baking mat is to combine with a perforated aluminium oven tray for perfect cooking.
- Suitable for domestic oven.
