This significantly reduces the amount of cleaning required after cooking and also protects you from hot splashes.
The splatter guard sieve ensures clean and safe preparation, especially when frying meat, fish or vegetables. As well as protecting against splashes of fat. It can also be used as a drip tray. For example, if you are cooking pasta or vegetables and want to drain the water, you can use the splash guard sieve as a sieve. The fine sieve insert also allows the steam to escape, but the food will still be crispy and tender. The handle stays cold, thanks to the silicone cover.
