The knives in the Kappa series are hand-forged from a single piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel and then finished in over 30 manual steps. They are rust-proof, ice-hardened, and dishwasher-safe, and their solid metal construction offers unique weight distribution and balance. The traditional manufacturing process and innovative, high-quality design earned the Kappa series the Red Dot Design Award.
