Whether for a snack in between meals or for a cosy get-together, this snack platter offers a varied selection of hearty and fresh snacks.

Ingredients

For 1 Snack Platte

Quantity 

  • 150 g grapes 

  • 1 apple 

  • 1 nectarine 

  • 1 bell pepper 

  • 2 carrots 

  • 6-8 dates 

  • 40 g nuts (of your choice) 

  • 1 pack hummus 

  • 150 g mozzarella 

  • 100 g salami sticks 

  • 1 packet crackers 

  • Fresh herbs (e.g. thyme, basil) 

Preparation

Preparation:
Wash the fruit and vegetables thoroughly. Cut the apple, nectarine, bell pepper, and carrots into bite-sized pieces.

Plating:
A large platter or wooden board works best for arranging the snack. Distribute the ingredients so they are easy to reach and look appealing. You can loosely place fruit and vegetables together or arrange them slightly overlapping for a harmonious appearance. Dates, nuts, cheese, and cured meats are best placed in small clusters or separate areas. Hummus fits well in a small bowl set on the platter. Crackers can be served loose or in a bowl. Finally, finish the platter with some fresh herbs for a touch of color and freshness.
This creates a varied and inviting snack platter that’s perfect for sharing and enjoying.
